With the theme 'art of photography' photographers were asked to show off their skills. A selection of commended images including one of my images has been exhibited last weekend at the BBA Gallery in Berlin, Germany.  Thanks to model Anna Wrennfors for her amazing performance during our shoot. It's always a pleasure to work with Anna. The photo itself was taken on a stairway up to Skansen Kronan in Gothenburg, Sweden. I used a Sony A68 with my favorite lens for Sony Alpha, the Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD. Settings have been F2.8 | ISO100 | 200mm | 1/320s with HSS. For the lighting I used a Godox AD200, that was placed at the upper right side.

 VOUS is a fashion & art photography magazine based in Madrid trying to discover deeper into the fashion, modern, style, and art with the intention to give readers, who are living in the cumbersome environment of rapid update iterations, a completely new and distinctive visual inspiration. Photographers were asked to express their creativity and originality when it comes to “Dramatic Lighting” in photography. The best shots won spaces at BSIDE Gallery in Melbourne, Australia. Edith Magazine seeks to showcase in-season fashion photographic work with a creative edge. Black is a powerful color that attracts the eyes and can play an important role in creating drama and impact in a photo. One of my all time favorites out of this category is this photo of model Natalie Waletzko. It was taken by me before the lockdowns of the Corona pandemic in March 2020 in Hamburg and now selected to be digitally showcased in the "Your Favorite Exhibition Shot" exhibition at Bridgeport Art Center (3rd Floor Gallery), in Chicago, USA. The opening night will be held at the gallery on Friday 21st January, 7pm - 10pm. Please RSVP through the Facebook event.
